Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to join SonderMind's network. Provide therapy via telehealth or in-person, with the freedom to manage your own practice and leverage referrals. Must hold a Master’s degree or higher and be fully licensed by the State Board (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Compensation ranges from $85-$105 per hour, depending on license type, session location, and session types; SonderMind handles credentialing, insurance enrollment, billing, and guarantees Pay bi-weekly for completed sessions. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, with the platform offering support and referrals, AI-powered tools for notes, goal setting, and patient engagement. Locations: Schofield Barracks, HI. Telehealth also available, enabling hybrid practice across remote and in-person sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
