Job Summary
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on unique needs. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning while ensuring timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff to deliver holistic mental health care. Hold a current and active professional license in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by hire date. Base compensation ranges from $45 to $53 per billable unit, with actual pay varying based on licensure, experience, and market-driven enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
