Job Summary
Conduct psychotherapy with children, teens, and adults via secure telehealth while maintaining a minimum of 13 billable sessions weekly. Develop individualized treatment and safety plans, complete accurate documentation including collaborative note writing, and establish a private, distraction-free home office. Communicate respectfully with office staff, colleagues, and clients while upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality in compliance with state regulations. Establish and maintain a secure remote practice environment, optionally participating in bi-weekly consultation groups and peer support. We handle insurance billing, scheduling, and client support to allow focus on your specialty.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Applicants must reside in California
- hold a valid California license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn EHR systems and remote tools
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or IFS
- Previous experience delivering telehealth services
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
- Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
