Job Summary
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on unique needs. Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans while ensuring timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care through collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff. Maintain ethical practice and confidentiality while engaging in ongoing professional development. Deliver sustainable mental health care in a supportive environment that prioritizes growth and client resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license in Washington State or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
