Job Summary
Conduct psychological evaluations and clinical assessments, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical expertise. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient growth while maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Support patients through a holistic wellness framework that addresses mental, physical, and lifestyle factors, including education on sleep, stress management, nutrition, and exercise. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver integrated care and participate in community outreach and patient education efforts. Practice with clinical autonomy within a collaborative model that handles credentialing and billing to reduce administrative burden.

- Independently Licensed Mental Health Clinician

- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

- Educate and guide patients on lifestyle modifications, including sleep, stress management, nutrition, and exercise, when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver integrated care and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and patient education efforts that support practice growth
