Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Mental Health Therapist role coordinating telehealth and in-person sessions with a nationwide provider network. Responsibilities include delivering counseling to individuals, couples, and families, adhering to shared standards of care, using measurement-informed approaches to track outcomes, engaging clients in assessments and results, and leveraging admin support for credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech needs. Providers set their own schedules, arrange their own office space for in-person care, and have access to case consultations, CEU courses, and ongoing clinical learning opportunities. The role supports remote work and requires licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, with active California licensure and a valid NPI; telehealth or in-person sessions are both supported.
