Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Mental Health Therapist position at Rula offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with the company handling credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on clinical care. Flexibility to set your schedule and determine client load, with collaboration across a nationwide provider network. Tools and guidance are provided to support clinical practice, including a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes. The role supports both telehealth and in-person care, and providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care. You will engage in ongoing professional development through CEU resources and participate in case consultations and continued learning opportunities. Minimum qualifications include licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, a valid NPI, California licensure, and the ability to provide telehealth or in-person sessions. CA-based staffing with remote work available.
