Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth and in-person therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Must hold CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) with valid NPI and be able to offer telehealth or in-person sessions. Role includes managing credentialing, billing, claims, and EHR support with autonomy over scheduling. Providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care. Commitment to quality care with a measurement-informed approach, ongoing professional development via CEU resources, and participation in a nationwide provider network. Location-specific practice available in Aurora, Colorado, US with hybrid remote work option.
