Job Summary
Deliver personalized, virtual mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients through consistent group sessions of up to eight participants. Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR while collaborating with the Admissions & Assessment team on case discussions. Maintain steady caseloads with predictable weekly schedules, with full-time roles requiring evening availability and part-time options starting at 12 hours per week. Utilize cloud-based tools and EMR systems to support client care and track outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in Colorado
- LMSW
- LSW
- LPCC
- MFTC/MFP
- LCSW
- LPC
- MFT
- On-Site in our Commerce City, Colorado office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
