Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Deliver compassionate, effective care to individuals, couples, and families using a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Engage clients around clinical measures during visits by encouraging completion, reviewing results, and completing them live when needed. Maintain consistent standards of care supported by unlimited access to case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities. Manage both telehealth and in-person sessions, arranging your own office space if offering in-person care. This role requires a licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California with a valid NPI. Work remotely with full schedule autonomy to decide client volume and session timing.
