Job Summary
Provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients through virtual care, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Deliver personalized, group-based sessions with a maximum of eight clients per group to foster deep therapeutic relationships and sustainable healing. Collaborate with the admissions and assessment team to ensure consistent caseloads and participate in case discussions to leverage diverse clinical expertise. Maintain availability for evening appointments to meet client needs while adhering to a flexible schedule ranging from 12 to 40 hours per week. Complete required state background checks and utilize cloud-based tools including EMR and video conferencing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in North Carolina
- LCSW-A
- LCMHC-A
- LMFTA
- LCSW
- LCMHC
- LMFT
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2
- Minimum 12 hours/week
- 40 hours/week
- Evening availability required
- W-2 employment classification
- Complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients
- Florida requires a fingerprint based background check
