Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, delivering care rooted in connection with a maximum of eight clients per group. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while leveraging case discussions with the Admissions & Assessment team to develop new skills. Collaborate creatively on video to build strong relationships that foster sustainable healing for clients navigating complex needs. Positions are available part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week with evening and Saturday availability). The role requires a New York license or pre-licensure status and familiarity with cloud-based tools and EMR systems. This opportunity supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to personalized behavioral health treatment and drive better outcomes from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in New York
- Pre-licensed social worker (LMSW)
- Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
- Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D)
- Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT-D)
- On-site location in Levittown, New York
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Evening and Saturday availability required
- Availability evenings to meet client needs
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
