Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, integrating multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Collaborate with admissions and assessment teams to develop case plans while participating in regular case discussions. Build strong therapeutic relationships within group settings of up to eight clients, ensuring availability for evening appointments to meet client needs. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to personalized behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults. Clinicians work remotely with flexible scheduling options ranging from 12 to 40 hours per week, supported by dedicated operational and IT resources.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in New York
- Pre-licensed social worker (LMSW)
- Licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D)
- Licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT-D)
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- 100% remote work capability
- W-2 employment classification
- Evening availability required
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Desired Qualifications
- MI certification a plus
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
