Job Summary
Provide telehealth mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of eight clients per group to foster deep therapeutic relationships. Integrate multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, and actively participate in collaborative case discussions to leverage team expertise. Maintain strong client connections while adhering to flexible weekly schedules ranging from 12 to 40 hours, with evening availability required for full-time roles. Utilize cloud-based tools including Zoom and EMR systems to deliver personalized care rooted in connection.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in Washington
- LSWAIC
- LMHCA
- LMFTA
- LICSW
- LMHC
- LMFT
- 100% Remote (W-2)
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Evening availability required
- Available evenings to meet client needs
