Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapists provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, with positions available as part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week). Therapists integrate modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI; collaborate in a team-oriented, patient-centered approach to sustainable healing, with up to 8 clients in group settings and flexible evening availability. The role is 100% remote (W-2) with a focus on delivering high-quality behavioral health care from home, across a telehealth platform, and supports cross-licensure sponsorship for eligible clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
