Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, integrating multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and participate in case discussions to develop new skills and perspectives. Build strong relationships with clients in groups of eight to create sustainable healing, while maintaining availability for evening sessions to meet client needs. Work remotely with a predictable weekly schedule and steady caseload, supported by dedicated operational and IT resources.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Arizona, Louisiana, Georgia, Ohio, Minnesota, or Indiana
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Evening availability required
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
