Job Summary
Provide mental health services to adolescents and young adults via telehealth, integrating modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Maintain maximum group sizes of eight clients to foster deep, sustainable relationships while participating in collaborative case discussions with the care team. Work flexible schedules ranging from 12 to 40 hours per week, with full-time positions requiring evening availability. Utilize cloud-based tools including Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and EMR systems to deliver personalized care. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to meaningful behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults, offering a supportive environment with dedicated operational support and opportunities for cross-licensure sponsorship.

- Independent or associate licensure in Texas
- LMSW
- LPC-A
- MFT-A
- LCSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- In-Office in Austin, Texas
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Evening availability required
- Part-time: Minimum 12 hours/week
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
