Job Summary
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans per ASAM criteria, and provide group therapy within a multidisciplinary residential treatment team. Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and medical staff to coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care. Document clinical services in compliance with DBHDS licensing standards and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements while delivering crisis intervention and risk assessments. Requires active Virginia LMHP licensure (LPC, LCSW, LSATP) and experience with substance use disorder populations. Full-time night shift position at Marion Lifestyle Recovery at ACH.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia LMHP licensure (LPC, LCSW, LSATP or equivalent) in good standing
- NIGHT SHIFT availability
- Full-Time employment commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health populations
- Familiarity with ASAM levels of care and residential treatment settings
- Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
