Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations to adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings. Work independently within an integrated care model, customize treatment plans, and focus fully on patient care. Available full-time or part-time with a flexible Mon–Fri schedule (7 AM–7 PM), no nights, weekends, or on-call. Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed in applicable clinical field (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LPCC or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
