Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings while customizing treatment plans within an integrated care model. Work independently to deliver full or part-time clinical services with a reliable caseload and no cancellations. Schedule options include Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. This role is ideal for newly licensed LMFTs, LPCs, or psychologists seeking supplemental work with strong clinical support and free CEUs.
