Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings. Work independently within an integrated care model to create customized treatment plans with a focus on patient care. Positions available as full-time or part-time with a Mon–Fri schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM; no nights, weekends, or on-call. Emphasizes flexible schedules, strong work-life balance, and supportive clinical teams, with opportunities for professional development and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, Licensed Clinical Psychologists)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations
- Ability to serve adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing and rehab settings
