Job Summary
The Licensed Mental Health Provider will deliver mental health services in a correctional healthcare setting, conducting patient assessments, providing crisis management, and developing interdisciplinary treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health regulations and the ability to document patient activities and treatment progress. Collaboration with medical staff and compliance with organizational policies are essential. Applicants must have a valid state license, a high school diploma or GED, and 1-3 years of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state licensure, certificate and/or credentials to practice (i.e. CMA, LPN, RN, LMHP)
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Active CPR/BLS certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Experience in correctional healthcare or similar environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and adhere to protocols
