Job Summary
Provide behavioral health screening, psychoeducation, and skills-based interventions for detainees under supervision. Monitor and assess therapeutic support for segregated and isolated detainees while coordinating with custody and medical staff on behavioral health management. Support county behavioral health services in stabilizing at-risk detainees and facilitate continuity of care through discharge planning and case management. Complete documentation for referral tracking and continuous quality improvement. Maintain a valid driver's license and obtain CPR certification prior to hire. This role supports a facility dedicated to delivering higher standards of medical and mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral/Social Science field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to practice independently

- Current licensure with clinical specialty from the appropriate state licensing board
