Job Summary
Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments for children and adults while developing treatment plans and delivering individual and family therapy. Collaborate with supervisors and treatment team members to monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed. Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements. This role delivers therapeutic services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines within a resilient organization committed to person-centered care across North Carolina. Preference is given to bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates, and fully-licensed clinicians may qualify for an HRSA-approved student loan repayment program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human services field
- Licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent)
- Licensed in North Carolina
- Associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted
