Job Summary
Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments for children and adults while developing treatment plans and providing individual and family therapy. Collaborate with supervisors and treatment teams to monitor client progress, update crisis plans as needed, and ensure accurate documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements. Deliver services in accordance with North Carolina licensure standards and Medicaid guidelines. This role supports Pride in North Carolina, LLC's mission to provide evidence-based, person-centered care across the state. Preference is given to bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human services field
- Licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent)
- Licensed in North Carolina
- Associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted
