Job Summary
Provide behavioral health screening, individual and group psychoeducation, and skills-based interventions for detainees under supervision. Assist custody and medical staff in monitoring and managing behavioral health concerns, while coordinating with county services for continuity of care and discharge planning. Monitor therapeutic support for segregated and isolated detainees, complete documentation for referral tracking and quality improvement, and provide training to solve problems. Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral/social science field, current clinical licensure, and CPR certification. Full-time Tuesday through Saturday schedule with 401(k) match, health, vision, and dental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral/Social Science field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to practice independently
