Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management and therapy in a correctional setting at New Castle Correctional Facility. Responsibilities include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and delivering individual and group therapy within a multidisciplinary team. Requires a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field and active Indiana license (LMHC/LMHC-A/LCSW/LSW/LMFT). Must have tuberculosis documentation and CPR certification. Minimum two years of direct mental health care experience preferred. Full-time shift Monday–Friday; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, FSA, and CE benefits.
