Job Summary
Provide licensed mental health services to incarcerated individuals at the Hillsborough County Jail, including clinical assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with correctional staff to ensure facility safety and compliance. Possess an active Florida license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LMHP, LMSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC, along with a valid CPR card. This role supports NaphCare's mission to deliver proactive, patient-focused healthcare within correctional facilities, offering opportunities for internal promotion and continuing education through NetCE partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Master's prepared Mental Health Professional
- active, unrestricted licensure as a LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LMHP, LMSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC in Florida
- A valid CPR card
