Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides evidence-based CPST and PSR services within an integrated care team, collaborating to develop customized treatment plans and ensure holistic care for clients. The role emphasizes outbound professional development, community equity in access to care, and coordination with licensed, provisionally licensed, and unlicensed staff and nurse practitioners. Responsibilities include delivering CPST/PSR services, participating in multidisciplinary team planning, maintaining professional communication, and maintaining competency with EHR, telemedicine, and other clinical software. Requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Health Counselor, or related field and licensure as PLPC/LPC/LPCS or PLMFT/LMFT/LMFTS or CSW/LMSW/LCSW. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Health Counselor, or Science/Psych (MSPSY) by an accredited university
- Licensure: PLPC/LPC/LPCS or PLMFT/LMFT/LMFTS or CSW/LMSW/LCSW
