Job Summary
Assess, stabilize, and coordinate care for adults in a secure correctional setting while developing individualized release plans. Provide crisis assessments and psychiatric-emergency intervention, conduct suicide-risk and substance-use evaluations, and deliver MAT counseling. Create and implement Individualized Treatment Plans, refer for medication management, and coordinate with security, medical, and community agencies to meet inmates' special-needs and discharge goals. Maintain clinical documentation and compliance, participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage, and deliver mental-health training for jail staff. Full-time on-site role in Cleveland, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Active Tennessee license: LPC, LMSW, LADC, or LMFT
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field —or equivalent experience
- Active Tennessee license: LPC, LCSW, LADC, LMFT, MHC, or LMSW
- Able to commute to Cleveland, TN (37311) and work full-time on site
