Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities, diagnosing and treating emotional and behavioral conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline). Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families; maintain timely clinical documentation in an EHR; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Requires active LMHC licensure, strong English communication, proficiency with EHR systems, and ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes).
