Job Summary

Conduct in-person and telehealth counseling for children, teens, and families addressing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and foster care concerns. Collaborate within a counseling team to attend regular treatment team meetings and supervision. Maintain a trauma-informed lens in all clinical practice while building rapport with diverse clients. Requires evening and/or Saturday availability as part of a regular schedule. Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Current, active, PA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or licensure (LSW, LAPC) with ability to obtain clinical licensure within first year of hire
  • Minimum of one year experience in clinical work with children
  • Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence based therapeutic interventions for treatment
  • Strong knowledge of the impact of trauma and trauma informed interventions
  • Strong ability to build rapport with and communicate with all clients, regardless of age, preferred gender, sexual orientation, or other belief systems
  • availability to work a minimum of two evenings and/or Saturday as part of a regular schedule
  • Must practice from a trauma informed lens
