Job Summary
Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor with LMHC licensure; supports launching or expanding a private practice, credentialing for insurance across states, and serving insured clients. The role emphasizes accepting insurance, building a network with major plans (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), and leveraging Headway’s platform features (built-in EHR, real-time scheduling, secure messaging, end-to-end documentation, and bi-weekly payments). Must hold state-appropriate LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP licensure, have a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Headway provides credentialing, compliance resources, and education opportunities (Headway Academy). Please note: Headway currently can’t support professionals who aren’t fully licensed.
