Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Master’s level or higher credentials (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP) is invited to join Headway’s platform to start accepting insurance, credential for free across multiple states, and grow a private practice with built-in compliance, EHR features, and reliable payments. Responsibilities include launching or expanding a private practice, getting credentialed to see insured clients, and working within Headway’s nationwide insurance network (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid included) to increase earnings and streamline insurance acceptance. The platform provides scheduling, secure client messaging, documentation templates, assessments, CEUs via Headway Academy, and bi-weekly payments; note that Headway currently requires fully licensed providers.”,
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with Master’s level or above (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- ability to launch or grow a private practice
- in-network with insurance plans (credentialing in multiple states)
- licensed to practice in respective state(s)
