Job Summary
Provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure and deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community. Supervise from anywhere on a self-set schedule, applying your own professional judgment and board requirements. Guide associates through licensure while expanding access to mental health care. Requirements include a valid Florida LMHC license with supervision approval, a Master's degree, and a proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure. You must maintain $1M/$3M malpractice coverage, possess familiarity with Medicaid clinical documentation and EHR systems, and have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A valid LMHC license in good standing in the state of Florida, with board approval to provide clinical supervision
- A Master's degree in Counseling
- A proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
- Deep clinical experience
- Sound diagnostic judgment
- Skill in giving feedback that develops clinicians rather than just checking boxes
- Comfort supporting associates through the documentation and compliance side of Medicaid work
