Job Summary
Remote LMHC contractor position within Rula's therapist network in WA and PA. Providers must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licenses and be NPI-registered. Work telehealth with clients, maintain complete schedule autonomy, and receive admin support for billing, claims, and EHR. 1099 contracting arrangement with guaranteed payment per session ($80 per 53-minute session) and credentialing help to see clients quickly. No minimum caseload; focus on delivering quality client care while Rula handles administrative heavy lifting, insurance enrollment, and referrals. Location flexibility via remote telehealth across WA and PA; ongoing professional development and access to a therapist community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
