Job Summary
Provide LMHC-credentialed mental health services via telehealth to clients in Washington as a 1099 contractor. You’ll work with a network of licensed clinicians, focusing on client care while Rula handles administrative tasks, billing, and insurance. You’ll have complete schedule autonomy, set your own caseload, and receive referrals through Rula’s system. The role includes credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners, use of EHR for notes, and access to administrative assistance and client-care resources. Compensation is hourly at $80 per session (53 minutes), with biweekly guaranteed payments and protection against no-shows/late cancellations. Must maintain licensure in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), possess a valid NPI, and be able to provide telehealth. Remote work is supported; offices indicated include WA and FL locations for remote-capable clinicians.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
