Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) (No Associates) - Remote

Remote LMHC/Licensed Counselor contractor role with Rula. 1099 independent contractors are invited to join a telehealth network serving clients with private-practice autonomy and administrative support. Earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payments every two weeks; no minimum caseloads and complete scheduling autonomy. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality telehealth therapy, documenting sessions and notes, and coordinating with insurance providers. The company handles billing, claims, EHR, and related admin tasks. Must hold an active license (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) in Washington with a valid NPI and be able to provide telehealth. Remote work is supported, and credentialing with insurance partners is expedited to enable faster client access. Strong clinical skills in individual, couples, or family therapy and comfort with referrals and documentation are expected; ongoing clinical development is supported through CEU resources and a collaborative therapist community.
