Job Summary
Remote 1099 clinical opportunity for LMHC/LMFT/LICSW with Rula. Providers can see clients via telehealth, set their own schedule, and focus on delivering care while Rula handles administrative tasks, insurance credentialing, billing, EHR, and claims. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session with guaranteed biweekly payments; credentialing support to enroll with insurers; private-practice autonomy with session notes, client referrals, and clinical collaboration available. Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth; position supports remote work in WA with optional remote-capable engagement in San Diego, CA area as indicated by program expansion. 1099 contractor model with no minimum caseload and schedule autonomy; access to clinical development resources and supportive team. WA licensure and telehealth capability are required; remote work is enabled.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
