Job Summary
Remote LMHC contractor opportunity with Rula. Join a network of licensed clinicians providing telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families in Washington state. 1099 contracting arrangement with schedule autonomy, private practice support, and billing/claims handled by the organization. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payments biweekly. Responsibilities include delivering quality client care via telehealth, maintaining licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW as applicable in WA), credentialing assistance, and utilizing provided EHR and administrative support. The role emphasizes independent scheduling, access to client referrals, and ongoing clinical development through CEU programs. Must be licensed in WA (or eligible) and able to provide telehealth.
