Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) (No Associates) - Remote

Remote telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington. The role is a 1099 contractor position with no minimum caseloads and schedule autonomy. Must hold LMHC, and/or LMFT or LICSW licensure in Washington and have a valid NPI; ability to provide telehealth is required. The employer handles insurance billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks, while you focus on client sessions and notes. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit. The organization provides credentialing support to enroll with insurance partners, and offers resources such as case consultations, professional CEU courses, and ongoing clinical development.
