Job Summary
Provide behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory. Complete psychosocial assessments, deliver 1-on-1 therapy, recommend therapeutic interventions to staff, and conduct risk assessments as needed. Enter patient information and clinical documentation into the EMR system while performing mobile model treatment that requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities. Work independently with full clinical autonomy, supported by a comprehensive administrative team and 100% malpractice coverage. This role is available in Dorchester, Chelsea, Mattapan, and West Roxbury, with pay ranging up to $100k annually at full-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university
- State professional LMHC license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently on a daily basis
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software
