Job Summary
Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida providing virtual counseling sessions via telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting scheduled sessions, completing clinical assessments, developing client-centered treatment plans, and providing therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and adjustment issues. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality, track progress through regular documentation, and communicate with clinical/administrative teams as needed. Requires active Florida LMHC license and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field; experience with adults, couples, or families preferred; strong clinical judgment and independent remote work capability. Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
