Job Summary
Remote clinical therapy role serving Florida clients: conduct ongoing therapy sessions with clients via telehealth, develop and update practical treatment plans, apply clinical interventions tailored to each client’s needs, and help clients develop coping tools, communication skills, boundaries, and emotional regulation. Maintain documentation according to clinical and compliance standards, uphold HIPAA requirements, and work independently in a remote setting with a private workspace and reliable internet. Requires active Florida LMHC license and Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field. Proficient use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records is expected, along with strong clinical judgment and professional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
