Job Summary
Provide remote therapy sessions via telehealth to Florida clients, delivering structured counseling and care plans. Conduct client intakes, psychosocial assessments, and clinical reviews; identify therapy goals; apply evidence-based counseling methods; help clients build coping skills, decision-making, self-awareness, and emotional balance; maintain timely clinical documentation; monitor safety per protocols; protect confidentiality; align with Florida licensing requirements; manage notes and treatment information in electronic health records; work Monday–Friday in a fully remote setting with a Florida license.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Florida LMHC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
