Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Fort Wayne, IN, providing remote therapy to clients in Indiana via telehealth. Responsibilities include structured, compassionate therapy sessions; supporting clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps; gathering client history and updating care plans as treatment progresses; identifying patterns and barriers to inform care; maintaining secure, HIPAA-conscious telehealth practices; and completing documentation within expected timelines. Requires active Indiana LMHC license, a Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field, and full licensure (no temporary or associate licenses). Required Qualifications
