Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers; conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans; collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care; maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress; participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments; requires LMHC licensure in New York; Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or related field; flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
