Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) for a 100% remote outpatient telehealth role. Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health’s telehealth program; operate as a W2, full-time clinician with a schedule Monday–Friday (no weekends) and shift options in EST. Must hold a Master’s degree and licensure with diagnostic privileges; able to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based mental health care, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, collaborating with clients to achieve goals, and utilizing telehealth software and secure tools while ensuring HIPAA-compliant practice. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) receive additional compensation; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, liability insurance coverage, and growth/education stipend. The organization serves Medicaid/Medicare populations and cares for a diverse patient population.
