Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) needed for full-time remote outpatient telehealth role. Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan with focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaboration with clients to achieve goals. Must hold Master's degree and licensure with Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D/LMFT-D) and have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. Remote work from home, 100% remote, with schedule options aligned to EST; bilingual Spanish a plus. Responsibilities include utilizing telehealth software and HIPAA-compliant tools, delivering evidence-based care, and coordinating care in collaboration with clients. Competitive compensation with base salary $80k-$89k plus opportunity to earn up to $100k+ annually with bonuses; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, liability insurance, and education stipends. Required Qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure
- All LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) to apply
