Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations within an integrated care team. Responsibilities include creating customized treatment plans, working independently within a clinician-led environment, and delivering patient-centered care with no after-hours duties. Flexible scheduling (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM) with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and opportunities for leadership and advancement in a supportive, clinically oriented setting.
